I've used weebly so I know how easy it is to build your first site without your coding knowledge, and if you have a bit knowledge for coding, you can also use that by just going to Edit HTML/CSS. What you will see Below is the Features of Weebly to be compared with Devhub later.

Devhub also offers a simple Drag-and-Drop editor but they don't let you to edit the coding of your site. I also love Devhub but I don't like the fact that they only have 10 templates available, and also they don't let their users to Upload their own templates.

Now after letting you see the Features of both sites, We'll now compare that two great sites above.
Devhub for me is I think have the worst loading time, If you will make site in devhub, Yes it's a drag and drop editor but when you make sites in there, I'm very sure that you're gonna make about 3 hours for just designing your site. Weebly is now for me the best drag and drop editor next to wix's site builder.
If I were to choose a site to use for my business site, I will still use weebly that Devhub.
