How to put borders on your Blogger Images

Image Borders for your Blog is also important for your images to much have awesomeness even without editing the image. And image border is also a great alternative for Image shadows on your Blog. If you are also my Regular reader i think you saw my last blog design when I have my image shadows and it makes my blog a bit dirty looking. So I think for an alternative for Image shadows and what came out to my mind is the Image Borders.

If you want to see a DEMO of the Image Borders, See my blog post image and you can see a thin border in there. Now let's start the Tutorial.

How to Put Borders on your Blogger Images:

 • Go to Templates and then click Edit HTML.

 • Find this code: ]]></b:skin>
 • Then just above it, Paste the code Below.
/*-------IMAGE BORDER FROM http://tronicflow.blogspot.com--------*/
.post-body img {
border: 1px solid #000;
background: #fff;
padding: 1px;
}

Customizing the Borders:

 • 1px - This is the Thickness of the border (you can change it but not recommended).
 • #000 -This is the Color of the Border. (If you don't know the color codes: HEX COLORS ).
 • #fff - This is the Background color below the image (not recommended to change).

NOTE:

This is a really great code to add a bit of goodness to your Blog and also don't forget to read my other Blog posts. If you have any questions or suggestions with this code, Please comment Below.
Rember: Don't Cross the Border! =D
